What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time 

Within 1-3 business days of placing the order, it is checked, approved and packed. Then the package is prepared for transportation.

2. Delivery time

Canada: 5-10 business days

Shipping is handled by Canada post.
All shipping times do not include any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage of the package.

Where is my package?

After shipping, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in multiple partial shipments.

My tracking number does not work

It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still does not provide information after several days, customer service can be contacted.
